Affiliate Account is setup |
| |
AMARC Enterprise, Inc. will create your new Affiliate Account
and provide you with your personal USERNAME and PASSWORD codes for access to your online "Back Office". |

Support Literature mailed to each Practitioner |
| |
AMARC Enterprise, Inc. will mail FDA compliant Poly-MVA Literature
to each new Practitioner. |

Practitioners hand out Literature |
| |
Practitioner will have the appropriate Poly-MVA literature on
hand when patients or family members are diagnosed with Cancer. Due to the varying degree of knowledge about the
benefits of Poly-MVA, each Practitioner will determine the extent of counseling their patients receive. Once counseling
is completed, the Practitioner will simply provide patient with their recommendations about the benefits of Poly-MVA
and provide them with the literature to investigate Poly-MVA further. This is the final stage of involvement from
the Practitioner. |

PHASE 2
Patient Inquiry & Product Purchase

Patient reviews Poly-MVA literature & information websites |
| |
The Patient is encouraged by their Practitioner to perform their
own due diligence on Poly-MVA. The Poly-MVA Literature will encourage each Patient to call our Poly-MVA Counselors
with a friend or family member to go over any questions or concerns they may have. The goal is to provide support
for the Cancer Patient so that we inform their loved ones about the benefits of Poly-MVA instead of leaving the
Cancer Patient to try to do it on their own. |

Patient calls Poly-MVA counselors(toll free #) |

Counselors will answer any questions and address any concerns
the patient or the family has. Counselors are available for consultation during the week from 9 am to 5 pm pacific
standard time. |

Patient directed to order product |
| |
Once patient has had all of their questions answered, they will
be given the toll free number to order product directly from AMARC Enterprises, Inc. |
 |
Patient is regisered under Practitioners Account |
| |
When patient calls AMARC Enterprises to place their order, our
consultants will ask each patient the name of the Practitioner that referred them to Poly-MVA. |

PHASE 3
AMARC Enterprises, Inc. takes order & ships product
|

|
 |
Accounting Software tracks Practitioners' monthly sales |
| |
Accounting software will register each patient in the appropriate
Practitioners' account. Once the Patient has been entered into the Practitioners' account, all future Poly-MVA
orders will automatically be credited to that Practitioner and updated in the Practitioners personal "Back
Office". |

AMARC Enterprises, Inc. takes order |
| |
Patients will have the option of purchasing product via Credit
Cards, Money Orders or Personal Checks. |
 |
AMARC Enterprises, Inc. ships product |
| |
Patients will be given shipping options to fit their needs i.e.
next day, 2nd day or regular ground. Credit Card orders will ship immediately. Money Orders and Personal Checks
will ship once they have been received and deposited by AMARC Enterprises, Inc. |

Monthly Practitioner Commission Checks |

The accounting software will track sales on a month to month
basis starting on the 20th of the previous month and ending on the 20th of the following month. Practioner Commission
checks will be mailed out around the 25th of each month. |
